Handling Time
Handling time for regular orders is 1-2 business days. We do our best to process your order within 1 business days, however sometimes in the busiest time of the year we process orders within 2 business days.
All express orders are shipped the same day if placed before 1:00 PM PST. If the express order is placed after 1:00 PM PST it will be shipped next day in the morning.
Delivery Time
Within US: Regular orders are usually shipped with USPS Priority or USPS First class mail. It takes 2-3 business days to deliver USPS priority Mail and 3-5 business days to deliver USPS First class mail.
Canada Orders
Canada orders are usually shipped with USPS Priority International or USPS First Class Mail International.
Delivery takes 2-3 weeks. Please note: even if shipping status says "Electronic Shipping Info Received" it means that we already shipped the item to you !

International Orders
Orders outside US are usually shipped with USPS Express International, USPS Priority International or USPS First Class Mail International.
USPS Express Mail International takes 1 week to deliver, USPS Priority mail International takes 3-4 weeks to deliver, and USPS First Class Mail International takes 3-4 weeks to deliver.
International customers, please, note that the above posted time is approximate and also depends on the each country postal and customs regulations.
